in my final assignment (2005), i decided to develop a SMS gateway application in LInux and desktop application, so people who uncustomed in linux be able to operate it well as if in windows.
its project feature:
- read sms
- send sms
- sms polling, vote using sms
in this case, i decided to choose gnokii as my library.

on progress, i've been developing some sms gateway with Java Technology, whiich can be run both on linux and windows (and many OS). my new sms gateway project has some feature:
- read sms
- send sms
- phonebook management
- auto responding sms
- polling/voting sms
- remote command system using sms
- included with reports
- schedulling sms
it will be a commercial project, so you can purchase it :)

hello..saya mungkin memerlukan bantuan kamu..saya baru saja menggunakan gambas..tidak begitu familiar...cuba membuat aplikasi menggunakan example yg tersedia ada, iaitu SerialPort untuk send and terima SMS mgunakan modem Wavecom Fastrack..tapi ada sedikit masalah..bagaimana saya boleh berhubung dengan kamu, untuk minta sedikit nasihat dan tunjuk ajar..thank you in advance..-nina
